I think he's brave to point it out.
I pretty much agree with it, except if you have teenagers, like we do, I would up the psychologist hours a wee bit. And the van driver hours. They are too low. I don't have a van; I have something I like better, which is good since I spend a lot of time in my car. And I have a wish/hope/desire for my two teens who have driving permits to actually practice enough to get their licenses before the summer.
