last girl scout meeting

Today was Ashley's Girl Scout troop's last meeting of the year. Ian looked after Brian for me so I was able to stay and help out. The girls made beaded anklets to wear and did their usual friendship circle at the end where they sing a special song while holding their hands crossed together. Then one girl is the first to start by making a wish (silently) and squeezing the hand of the girl next to her. They send the squeeze around the circle before breaking their grip. It was fun!
