Ok, it's a fact. Boys have lots of energy. There are times when Ian has energy to expend and the swimming pool is closed or it's too hot to ride his bike, etc. so we got him one of these and hung it in his bedroom. (I think it made his sister happy, too!)

He can also practice some good self defense moves with this because it swings back. (that's kind of fun to watch, actually)
