I love this idea, but our HOA is far too strict for this; however, we are allowed a pot or two of herbs on our front porch and we can grow whatever vegetables we want in the back yard as long as they don't stick up above the fence (so basically corn is out). Today I will re-plant my little lettuces and my two squash starters in our back yard. Excited for the possibilities!
