New exhaust fan installed. This was a major pain as access was needed from the attic. It's about 125 F in the attic right now! And of course there is a ton of stuff up there that needed to be moved around to get to the right spot. Two plywood panels had to be removed (and then replaced afterward) as well as about 2 feet of blown-in insulation to get to the ducting for the bathroom fan. It's a very nice, quiet fan and it actually moves the air around, unlike its predecessor.
